About R.A.I.N. (Rescued Animals In Need) We have been spaying and neutering cats and dogs then offering them for adoption in our community since 2009 . We have found loving forever homes for approximately 2500 cats/kittens and 250 dogs. Our thrift and antique store revenue allows us to offer pets for adoption at only $40 (all animals are neutered and have up to date vaccines). All pets are accepted back with no questions asked if you determine they are not a good match for your home.
