One Tail at a Time - PDX is a 501c3 all breed, no-kill, foster based dog rescue in Portland, OR. This adoption center will act as a central hub for adoption events, supplies, merchandise and people! We are typically open Thurs-Fri 11am-7pm & Sat 11am-5pm. Our open hours are subject to change for events, etc. Please check our social media channels for updates.
