Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries provides a safe and nurturing environment for lost, abandoned, and at-risk dogs and cats until they're reclaimed or adopted into loving new homes. A registered 501c3 nonprofit serving Tioga County, Pennsylvania, since 2001, Second Chance is also an ever-evolving community resource assisting pet owners with veterinary expenses, pet food, rehoming pets, care for large outdoor cat colonies, humane education and more.
