Our Mission: The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County connects adoptable pets with loving people and the resources they need to be a family for life. Our Vision: A community that cares so deeply for the welfare of its pets that it finds shelter euthanasia not only unnecessary, but unimaginable. PAC-OC rescues dogs from shelters and other untenable situations (we cannot accept strays), and provides for their needs while waiting for adoption at our stress-free adoption center—keeping them happy, healthy, and adoptable. We help ensure successful placements by matching pets with highly compatible families. PAC-OC provides counseling services to potential adopters, and volunteer and educational opportunities to the community.
