We are the adoption facility for homeless pets that come from Bartow County Animal Control. Bartow County Animal Control is the facility for lost, stray or owner surrendered pets. All of our pets must have intake papers from BCAC, we pull pets into our facility once per week, based on space and adopt-ability. Our Rescue coordinator then works with licensed rescue organizations to rescue pets left over at BCAC. Once a pet from BCAC goes to a licensed rescue, you would need to follow up with that rescue for more information on a pet. All pets housed at Etowah Valley Humane Society are available through traditional adoption. Between EVHS and Rescue organizations,homeless pets are finding forever homes more than ever before!
