Serving the community since 1913, the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia (HSNEGA) is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 regional shelter located in Gainesville, Georgia. Our mission is "Helping Animals and People Live Better . . . Together" All adoptable puppies, kittens, dogs and cats in HSNEGA's Pet Adoption Center are up-to-date on vaccinations (appropriate for their age), dewormed, heartworm tested (dogs), feline combo tested (cats), microchipped, up-to-date on heartworm and flea/tick preventative, health-checked and spayed or neutered.
