About
HART for Animals is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. All revenues from the Bredel Veterinary Clinic, Bed 'n Bark Inn and MuttWORKS are used to pay the operating costs for the facility and staff. All charitable programs are supported through grants, donations & fundraising events. HART's mission is to save the lives of homeless animals in Garrett County and western Maryland through the services and programs we offer at the HART Animal Center, including no & low-cost spay/neuters, adoptions, and rescue & transports.
